I took charge of revamping and developing the 1Path company website using HubSpot CMS, leading the project from conception to launch.

The marketing team reached out to me with an internal project of redeveloping and redesigning the company website to match the new brand. I was a key player in the wire framing and mockup of this new website by hosting meetings with executive leadership and the marketing team. In these meetings, I used Canva to transform their ideas into a visual. The visualization helped the team with their feedback and ultimately led to the approved style and flow of the website.

The original website was created and hosted on WordPress, but it was decided that the new website needed to switch over to the HubSpot CMS. By using this CMS, I worked alongside and managed a team of 3 others to develop the website. I oversaw the implementation of design elements like widgets, heroes, logo sliders, comprehensive search bars and results, and mega menus. I also personally edited and created the majority of the icons used. My team ensured a responsive web design so that the pages were viewable and aesthetically pleasing on mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. Throughout the development of the website, I conducted regular meetings with the marketing and leadership teams to get their feedback and input.

Upon the project's completion, I began decommissioning the old website. This process includes taking full backups of the old WordPress website, configuring the new site for SSL, setting up Uptime Robot monitoring to monitor if the site ever goes offline, setting up the 301 redirects, verifying robots.txt is indexing, speed tests, and implementing tracking and analytics tags through Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight Tracking. Before shutting down the old website, I tested out the new one in popular desktop browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Google Chrome.

Once completed and confirmed, I shut down the old WordPress website and fully published the HubSpot website.

This internal project resulted in increased traffic, engagement, and brand visibility.
